MY BURNOUT STORY
Like most people I know - I wanted the good job, the nice house and quality time with my friends and family.
What I didn’t know was that trying to do it all can be overwhelming and eventually lead to burnout, constant stress, fatigue and anxiety.
The worst part?Instead of looking for solutions I just accepted that as part of life. Waking up tired, falling asleep stressed and dealing with constant anxiety became my new normal.
My mom had been taking CBD to help her sleep for some time and seeing how I was feeling, she recommended I try CBD myself.
She had been doing some research and suggested I take a few drops in the morning before work, a few drops at night before bed, and to keep the CBD handy for moments of high stress or anxiety at work.
I had nothing to lose...I was skeptical due to my lack of knowledge - but I had nothing to lose so I decided to try it.
It took about 4 days and the results became obvious for me. I felt more clear headed when making decisions or solving problems. The stress wasn't getting to me so my mood was better and I felt calm talking to others instead of anxious and frantic.
I shared this with the people closest to me and a vision was born - what if we could help others just like us? What if we help others realize that living with constant stress and anxiety can actually be dealt with and managed instead of just accepted?
